Friends since high school, we’ve spent years exploring fitness, wellness, and meaningful projects together. With a shared mission, we’ve developed a holistic approach to health that goes beyond the number on a scale—a mindset we believe society has overemphasized. Our goal is to help clients uncover a positive connection between mind and body, encouraging a journey that feels sustainable and freeing.
We believe that everyone deserves to shape their own health journey—whether that means working out daily or once a month. Our focus is to help clients let go of unhealthy beliefs around wellness and see self-care as something they are worthy of, no matter their path. We’re here to support our clients in embracing a lifestyle that feels right for them, guilt-free.

Turn up the heat with this high-energy Pilates class. Performed in a heated room, this class combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the added challenge of increased temperature to enhance flexibility and detoxify the body.
Whether you’re a longtime member or simply looking for a way to support our mission, grabbing some merch is one of the best ways to get involved. Every piece not only represents the brand but also helps us continue building a strong, thriving community.
How do membership credits work?
Each class is worth one credit.
Some classes are in higher demand and with limited availability, we recommend booking in advance.
What's the difference between membership and a class pass?
Memberships have a set amount of credits per month and auto renew on the initial date of purchase.
Class passes have a set amount of credits that expire after 6 months. Credits can be used in any time period the customer likes and do not auto renew.
What is your class cancellation policy?
To respect the time of our instructors and fellow clients, we kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least two days in advance.
Cancellations made less than one day before the scheduled class time will be considered late and may result in a forfeit of the class credit or a fee.
Please note: Due to limited space, Reformer and Spin class purchases are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your spot.
