Fusion

Fusion is a dynamic workout that combines Pilates with other types of exercises such as yoga, barre, cardio, and strength training. The goal is to create a full-body workout that tones, improves flexibility, and enhances overall endurance. Expect a mix of flowing sequences, core-focused movements, and light resistance work to sculpt and tone while maintaining mindful movement and breath.
