Sculpt

Experience the fundamentals of Pilates with this energizing Mat Pilates class. Designed for all fitness levels, Mat Pilates is a mind-body workout that will strengthen your core, tone your entire body, and help you with stability. In Pilates, much like yoga you will move into a position or pose and then take that a step further flowing through controlled movements that target every major muscle group. Power Sculpt is the perfect class to start with if you are new to Pilates as it well help to build strength, reduce stress, and improve body awareness.
