Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To respect our instructors’ time and be considerate of other members who may be waiting for a spot, any class canceled less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged in full. A $20 late-cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. This policy helps ensure classes run smoothly and that available spots are used whenever possible. Thank you for supporting our instructors and our community.

How the Waitlist Works
Once you join the waitlist, all you need to do is hang tight and keep an eye on your email... spots can open up quickly! If someone cancels from the active class roster, the first person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class, and the list continues to roll in order. If you’re promoted, you’ll receive an email notification, so be sure you’re ready to attend.

Studio Etiquette
We strive to create a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone. Phones should be silenced during class, personal belongings stored in designated areas, and all members and instructors treated with kindness and respect.

Waitlist Policy
When a class is full, members may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to class and notified by email. Once promoted from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply.

No-Show Policy
Members who do not attend a scheduled class without canceling in advance will be charged in full or will forfeit their class credit. No-shows prevent other members from attending and directly impact our instructors.

Arrival & Late Entry Policy
To ensure safety and minimize disruption, we ask that members arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once class has begun.

Health & Safety
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to class. You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying as needed.

Memberships & Class Credits
Class credits and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Monthly credits must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
