SARAH MCNEIL

OWNER

If you're looking for energy, you've found it! Sarah M (or Sarah #1) brings the heat to every class with her infectious enthusiasm and nonstop encouragement. Her high-energy style keeps you moving, motivated and maybe even dancing between reps. She's all about celebrating what your body can do-pushing you just the right amount and making sure you have a blast while doing it. She has a natural way of turning "I can't" into "I just did"! You'll leave her class feeling stronger, more capable and like you just had the most fun you've ever had in a workout.

Sarah is a certified 200-hr yoga instructor with additional certifications in Sound Healing, Chakras, and Yoga for Anxiety. She is also a certified Pound Pro, and Group Fitness Instructor. She is currently working to expand her expertise base with certifications in Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Glute Specialist, Transformation Specialist, and Nutritionist.

She's not just here to lead the class-she's here to help you reconnect with your body, no matter what stage you're in. As a mom of two, Sarah P (or Sarah #2) she knows firsthand how complex and emotional the postpartum journey can be. She is passionate about helping other moms reclaim their strength, reconnect with their core, and truly feel at home in their bodies again. She blends science-backed movement with compassionate coaching to support core recovery, pelvic floor health, and full-body confidence.

Sarah is certified as a 200-hr Yoga Instructor with additional training in Yoga Retreats, Mindfulness, Prenatal, Hypermobility, and Fascia Releasing. She is also a Pound Pro and Group Fitness Instructor. She is currently working to expand her expertise with certifications in Pilates, Corrective Exercise, Lifespan Coach, Kickboxing, and DNA-Based Fitness Coach.

NICOLE DEL PRINCIPE

Vinyasa, Lymphatic Massage, Barre, Mat Pilates

Originally from Arizona, Nicole is a certified 500-hr Yoga, Barre, and Pilates instructor passionate about movement-based classes that help us explore the world around us and the divinity within through the language of the body. Her teaching philosophy centers on connection—between breath, body, and spirit—as a pathway to both grounding and expansion. One area of focus is integrating lymphatic drainage techniques into her yoga flows.

GRACIE YATES

Meditation, Yin, Spin, Mat Pilates

Gracie discovered her love for yoga through the power of breath, movement, and sweat—and the joy it brings to both body and mind. After completing her 200-hour YTT in 2024, she became passionate about creating classes that inspire connection, presence, and strength. Gracie is beyond excited to share her energy and love of movement with the MVMT community! When not at the studio, Gracie is an elementary school teacher in Abingdon.

SAMANTHA CAUDELL

Spin, Reform, Mat Pilates

Samantha is a certified Spin and Pilates Instructor passionate about helping people move stronger, sweat harder, and feel amazing in their bodies. She loves creating classes that challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished. When she’s not in the studio, she is a realtor with Davenport Brothers Real Estate. Her goal is to help people find their peace and sanctuary on and off the mat! She strives to bring the same energy, encouragement, and people-first mindset to every class, making fitness feel fun and empowering

Frequently asked questions

Each class is worth one credit.

Some classes are in higher demand and with limited availability, we recommend booking in advance.

Memberships have a set amount of credits per month and auto renew on the initial date of purchase.

Class passes have a set amount of credits that expire after 6 months. Credits can be used in any time period the customer likes and do not auto renew.

To respect the time of our instructors and fellow clients, we kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least two days in advance.

Cancellations made less than one day before the scheduled class time will be considered late and may result in a forfeit of the class credit or a fee.

Please note: Due to limited space, Reformer and Spin class purchases are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your spot.
